Rajee Dakini
Plan Manager
Rajee holds a Master of Accounting from Macquarie University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. She brings a wealth of experience from corporate Sydney, the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia, regional NSW and the Northern Territory. She works comfortably in community, NGO, Government, commercial and cross-cultural settings and has lived and worked in urban, regional, remote and very remote locations across Australia. She is skilled in providing financial management and consulting services in community settings. She is an excellent intermediary between clients, providers and the NDIA and will guide you through the scheme’s pricing arrangements and price lists to achieve your NDIS goals and support collaboration between you and your stakeholders. She is committed to supporting self-determination and self-empowerment and loves that this role gives her the opportunity to work with Darwin’s diverse and multi-cultural population. Adek Baunach
Plan Manager
Adek completed a Bachelor of Accounting in 2010 and worked as a Certified Accountant in Bali with a multinational accounting firm for 5 years before moving to Australia in 2015. In Australia, pursuing her love for coastal towns and along with her partner who loves fishing and surfing, she furthered her accounting experience in the tourism, education, health and disability sectors in the Tiwi Islands, Fraser Island, Wadeye and Darwin before becoming a part of Living Right. Working in the disability sector makes Adek feel close to home as her parents managed a foundation for children with special needs in their home, many of whom Adek grew up with in Bali. She feels that being a NDIS plan manager is a perfect opportunity to use her accounting skills and continue her family legacy. Adek will help you manage your plan budget and work with you to find personalised solutions to problems or challenges. Adek speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Samantha Jongue
Assistant Plan Manager
Samantha completed a Certificate IV in accounting and bookkeeping. A qualification she earned while she was working in two jobs and caring for her twin sons. To say Samantha is a dedicated person is an understatement. Samantha has keen attention to detail and high levels of systems proficiency that enables her to analyse and provide quick, accurate, and helpful information to clients and stakeholders. She also comes with 15 years’ administration and customer service experience from both Taiwan and Australia. Her approach with clients and stakeholders is positive and friendly. Samantha enjoys that her role enables her to use her skills to help people and communities. Samantha oversees provider payments, helps to address invoices that do not meet NDIS price controls and advises participants of potential overspends. Samantha speaks English and Mandarin.
Chris Vouthivong
Participants Services Officer
Chris grew up in Sydney and came to Darwin for a holiday 18 years ago. Shortly after, he decided to leave ‘the big smoke’ and embraced the tropical Darwin lifestyle. Chris has an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management with over 15 years’ experience working in restaurants and hotels in Sydney and Darwin. He has also been involved in sports coaching and administration and has been recognised with multiple awards in both sectors. Chris comes with excellent communications, customer service and organisational skills and is responsible for supporting participants with understanding their NDIS plan and interpreting their plan activity statements. He is great at explaining financial information in simple and easy to understand language and enjoys empowering people with disability to manage the financial aspects of their plan and to help them exercise choice and control. Chris speaks English and Lao.
Sichen Weng
Senior Accounts Officer
Sichen completed his Bachelor of Business at Monash University in 2019. He moved to Darwin in 2020 to complete his Master of Professional Accounting at Charles Darwin University and graduated in 2022. Sichen comes with a robust background in accounting. He has worked in accounting firms where he specialised in various facets of financial management and taxation. Sichen joined Living Right in 2023 and takes great joy in assisting NDIS participants with their plan set-ups, provider payments, budget management and compliance requirements. Sichen has an eye for detail and is committed to ensuring financial accuracy and conformance to regulatory requirements. Sichen is highly efficient, dependable, goal-focused, systems-savvy and a great team player. Sichen speaks English and Mandarin.
Lesley Wu
Accounts Officer
Lesley moved to Darwin in 2020 and completed a Master of Professional Accounting from Charles Darwin University in 2022. Lesley worked as a volunteer tax consultant in Charles Darwin University’s Tax Clinic and later as an accountant in a local accounting firm for a year before becoming part of the Living Right team. Lesley is drawn to working in the disability sector because of the profound impact it makes on improving the quality of life and achieving the goals of individuals. She feels incredibly fulfilled when applying her accounting knowledge and experience in the sector and giving back to her community. Lesley supports with invoice processing, participant and provider enquiries; managing plan roll overs and helping participants with monitoring their plan budgets. Lesley has great listening skills and is very considered and thorough in her approach to all enquiries. Lesley speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
